The Family Tree Care Services provides for the assistance of convalescent/ elderly care clients who do not require medical care. The Family Tree providers are willing to assist with the personal care of the individual as well as some light housekeeping, cooking, shopping, laundry and errand running. Some providers are also available to transport clients to doctor appointments, beauty shop appointments, errand, etc… Please complete the form below and return to us with the $50.00 enrollment fee.
