By this agreement the undersigned employer agrees to hire The Family Tree. The employer understands that the outlined fee is paid by the employer and not the candidate.
The employer will provide a written and reasonably specific list of job duties and expectations of the candidate sufficient for The Family Tree to advertise for and recruit an appropriate candidate for the family.
The Family Tree will recruit appropriate applicants pursuant to the requirements of the employer and will conduct a reasonable background check concerning each applicant supplied to the employer for the interview.
